About this Event

Join us for an interactive Squat Mobility & Strength Workshop designed to help you improve squat technique, increase mobility, and build confidence under the bar.

Whether you're new to squatting, an experienced lifter looking to refine your form, or someone who experiences discomfort during lower-body training, this workshop will provide practical tools you can immediately apply to your workouts.

During the workshop, you'll learn how to assess and improve the key mobility restrictions that affect squat performance, including ankle, hip, and thoracic spine mobility. We'll cover proper foot positioning, breathing and bracing techniques, squat depth considerations, and common movement mistakes that can limit performance or increase injury risk.

Participants will be guided through a comprehensive mobility warm-up and movement preparation routine before progressing through various squat patterns, including bodyweight squats, goblet squats, dumbbell squats, barbell back squats, and yoke bar squats. You'll receive hands-on coaching and individualized feedback to help improve your movement quality and confidence.
