About this Event
Join us for an interactive lower body mobility workshop designed to help you move better, recover faster, and perform stronger in the gym. This class combines mobility training, stretching, movement assessments, and live demonstrations of squat variations to help improve lower body mechanics for all fitness levels.
You’ll learn how hip and ankle mobility directly impacts squat depth, stability, and overall lifting performance while reducing stress on the knees and lower back. We’ll also cover recovery-focused stretching techniques for the glutes and hamstrings to help decrease tightness, improve flexibility, and optimize leg day performance.
During the workshop, participants will go through movement screenings to identify common lower body imbalances, mobility restrictions, and muscle weaknesses that can lead to injury or poor movement patterns. Live demonstrations will include multiple squat variations with coaching cues focused on proper positioning, mechanics, and mobility requirements.
