Join our Squat Clinic to perfect your form, boost your strength, and prevent injuries. Clinic Fees: YMCA Members: $40 For 4 weeks
Non Members: $70 For 4 weeks
Meet Our Instructors: Joey "Grizz" Rogers is a former powerlifting competitor with over 20 years of experience in strength training. He held records for bench press nationally and worldwide and attended the Arnold Classic on four occasions.
Lori Rogers has over 13 years of personal training experience. She has provided strength and conditioning for local high school sports teams.
