Squash: Your New Best Friend - Cooking Class

Expand your knowledge of produce that’s in abundance! In this interactive class, we will learn to make pan-seared squash gnocchi with browned butter sage sauce. We will also learn about the various types of squash, types of cuts, and how the proper use of the right kind of squash can elevate a simple home meal into a restaurant-quality plate.
