Squash the Haters - A Spell Workshop with Sunlit Soul Tarot

Join Aubrey, a witch, tarot reader, therapist and energy healer, at the Haunted Bookshop in Bristol to explore how you can protect your energy from those around you.

In this fun and informative workshop, you will learn how to make a pumpkin spell to help boost your protective shields and boundaries, and we will connect and share our experiences of energy absorption with a few drinks and a lot of laughs! You will then have the pumpkin spell to take home to get you through the spooky season.

We all have to be around people; for work, doing the shopping, or just meeting other people’s friends. We don’t always get to control who is around us, and sometimes the energy can feel ‘off’. Sometimes people are just downright mean!

In this spell workshop, I will help you to learn how to energetically protect yourself, and the spell will help you to stay strong with your boundaries.

In this session, we will:

● Explore the energy layers of the body

● Learn how to put up shields

● Learn how to replenish our energy from the earth and the cosmos

● Create our spell pumpkins

● Share our energy to boost each other's magic!

This workshop is for anyone from curious beginners to experienced witches. I aim for these sessions to be informal and fun- no pressure to do anything ‘correctly’!
