Join us for our Spring Open House on May 2nd at the South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center! Twice a year, we open our doors to the public for a special behind-the-scenes look at our facility and the work we do to care for native Texas wildlife.Meet our ambassador animals up close, including hawks, owls, snakes, opossums, and more, and learn about their stories and how they help educate our community. This is a unique opportunity to experience wildlife in a safe, respectful environment while gaining insight into the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned animals.
This family-friendly event is perfect for all ages—bring your kids, invite your friends, and come support our mission of “Rescue, Rehab, Release… and Repeat!”
Admission is $5 per person.
