A morning run followed by a gathering of likeminded people at the Sprout courtyard garden for great brews and giveaways.
Key info :
- 4.5km (2.7miles). A loop of Fistral Beach via coast path. Starting and finishing at Sprout.
- Mixed terrain : sand, uneven coast path, a few steps and some pavement.
- All welcome. NOT A RACE. For adults, children and dogs that want to get outside, get healthy and have fun.
- Tickets are free and bookings appreciated.

- Closest car park - Manor Road (max 5 min walk)
- FREE road parking (2 min walk) - The Crescent / Beachfield Avenue / Cheltenham Place.
