About this Event
Join Sprout & Sage and Studio HALO for Mommy & Me Pilates—a heart-centered experience that blends mindful movement, self-care, and connection.
This 2-hour gathering is designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies, bond with their babies, and build community in a nurturing, supportive space.
Schedule:
✨ 12:30 – 1:00 PM — Arrival & Connection Time
Enjoy light refreshments, meet other moms, and get settled. We’ll also use this time to review reformer safety, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and prepared before class begins. Stroller parking and changing tables will be available .
✨ 1:00–1:45 PM — Mommy & Me Reformer Pilates
Experience a 45-minute low-impact reformer session guided by a certified instructor. The first few minutes will focus on safety education and proper baby-wearing techniques to ensure secure, supported movement throughout class.
✨ 1:45–2:30 PM — Post-Class Social & Refreshments
After class, take time to connect, share, and unwind. Light refreshments will be provided, including complimentary smoothies from EspressoMe Coffee Truck and gentle enrichment toys for little ones.
Who it’s for:
This class is open to moms in any stage of postpartum, with babies up to 12 months old or who are comfortably worn.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and build community—one mindful moment at a time.
