#BreakingRecords Fitness can now confirm they are hosting a Sprints Workshop for the Morning Session during the October Half Term period to help you sprint faster whatever sport or position you participate in, this is available from 10 years old upwards including over 18 years of age (Youths and Adults).
Liam (Founder of #BreakingRecords Fitness) is a qualified Athletics Event Group Development Coach and REPs Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. Liam has current voluntary experience with City of Norwich Athletics Club and has had previous experience elsewhere to be able to host the workshop for first timers in sprinting to various backgrounds in other sports to learn how to sprint, including to name UEA Athletics Club!
The Sprints Workshop is from 10:00-12:30pm, and has a limit of 30 people. This will be taking place at City Academy Norwich.
Prices for our Sprint Speed Camp are as follows:
Youth Ages 10-17 years old - £25
Adults over 18 years old - £30
Please be advised that we need a minimum set numbers for this course to go ahead (this also includes our guest coaches from a local Athletics Club providing we have more than 15 people booked in advance), otherwise in the worse case scenario would be to cancel if this cannot be achieved. Alternatively if should this be cancelled, there will be an alternative as Plan B with a week's notice. See our Terms and Conditions on the website as well as the Booking Confirmation Page. Discounts for group bookings are also available on request such as siblings or parent and child both taking part. Including Blue Light Card Holders!
Our prices exclude Merchandise T-Shirt or Vest, which you can upgrade for just £15 with your booking (please see our Merchandise website for more information - www.breakingrecordsfitness.co.uk/merchandise). Please be aware we will be delivering your Merchandise Order after the Sprints Workshop as this would not be possible to give to you in person on the day.
Personal Training is also optional as part of a package with the Sprints Workshop for afterwards* which you will be able to have the opportunity of having 1:1 Sessions as extra. Alternatively, we can offer ad-hoc basis on 1:1's or Small Group Training sessions afterwards from between Tuesday 29th October to Friday 20th December. Terms and Conditions Apply.
*If you wish to start sooner, please don't hesitate to ask for your requires. This includes availability on dates, times and location of venue upon request as this may not be guaranteed. Thanks for understanding.
We are also having prizes to give away for the fastest 60m Sprint times (including Fitness Club Records) which we will be disclosing this nearer the time in due course - Terms and Conditions Apply.
We anticipate that spaces will fill before the event so it advisable for you to book as early as possible, the deadline to book is 4 days before it is due to start (Friday 25th October at 5pm). We reserve the right close bookings early if the event does get fully booked in advance.
Photo/Video release form will be available for consent to promote future Camps/Workshops/Courses for our Strength and Conditioning services!
