Springtime Goodness with The Wellness Movement for All

WMFA proudly presents Springtime Goodness, a gathering at Slabtown Square to celebrate movement, connect with community, and enjoy some delicious coffee + NA bevs and snacks too.

We’ve got Imigisha Run Club heading up the multiple run options (trail/road, longer/shorter, etc) along with Early Crow, Dirt Dorks, Bird Dog, and other local run groups, starting at 8 am. Coffee and snacks start at 9. Yoga options start at 9:30. Club Pilates is onsite offering drop ins, and YogaSix (just a block away) is offering sessions at 8 am and 12:30 pm. COME HANG AND HAVE FUN… Stay tuned for more details to come!

At Slabtown Square we’ll have our own movement offerings going on from 9:30-12, including yoga with the wonderful Linnea Solveig, plus mindful movement, meditation, and breath-work with other amazing local practitioners.
