Arrive at 2:00pm for a few minutes of visiting and to get you settled and grounded for practice.
Chair-based class begins at 2:15pm
All are welcome to join us for this weekly offering. Handicapped accessibility is through the alley parking lot. Please join us for a a little fellowship and a weekly fitness class.
