Springfield Mall Vendor Village vendor event

We are looking for vendors for our event at Springfield Mall

Cost: Sat & Sun $160 Sat Only $100 Sun Only $75

Cost includes 10x8 Space, 1 Table, 2 Chairs, Table cover

Saturday 11am-7pm

Sunday 11am-6pm

All vendors must complete the accepted vendor form to participate in any Eyez On U events. So if you are making your purchase on eventbrite You will need to complete the Accepted Vendor Form prior to purchasing your space. This way we make sure we don't have like vendors.

If payment is recieved without an approved vendor form it will be cancelled immediately. You will receive an approval via email after form is submitted.

Setting up the night before is an option for this event (if available it will be in the event details emailed to you)

Purchase your space on Eventbrite (customer is responsible for eventbrite fees) or you can purchase without fees at eyezonu.org

Note: if your are making your purchase on eventbrite, Eyez On U Events will add you to the event website as paid and you will receive another email confirmation that the order has been fulfilled so that that spot can be removed from inventory. You will receive all event details by email and we will tag you in the flyer on instagram (if your logo and instagram account is included in the vendor form). When completing the Accepted Vendor Form please add the link to your instagram so you can be tagged in our promotions
