KENTUCKY DERBY QUALIFYING RACEThe $300,000 Springboard Mile, Remington Park’s marquee stakes event for 2-year-olds, leads the final race date of the 2024 Thoroughbred Season. The grand finale takes place Friday, Dec. 13. The Springboard is also an important qualifying points race for the 2025 Kentucky Derby.
The Springboard Mile card begins with a special time of 5pm-Central, featuring a competitive program, loaded with six stakes events and plenty of big-score opportunities before the holiday season.
The stakes races for Friday, Dec. 13 include:
– $300,000 Springboard Mile: 2-year-olds, one mile
– $75,000 Toby Keith Stakes: 2-year-old fillies, one mile
– $75,000 She’s All In Stakes: fillies and mares, 3 and older, 1 mile-70 yards
– $75,000 Jeffrey Hawk Memorial: 3 and older, 1 mile-70 yards
– $50,000 Jim Thorpe Stakes: 3-year-olds, one mile, Oklahoma-breds
– $50,000 Useeit Stakes: 3-year-old fillies, one mile, Oklahoma-breds
