Spring Yoga | Her Wellness Co.

To celebrate the beginning of spring, I’m so excited to finally bring something to life that I’ve actually been asked about for years! 🌿

Join me for my first Her Wellness Co. yoga event, now being held at the beautiful Radiant Soul Yoga in South Melbourne.

Originally planned as an outdoor Yoga in the Park, Melbourne weather had other ideas, so I’ve made the decision to bring the experience indoors instead, where we can move, breathe and connect in a warm and comfortable space.

Nothing too serious or formal. Just an opportunity for us to come together, move our bodies, connect movement with breath and create a little space for ourselves as we step into a new season.

Whether yoga is already part of your life or you’ve never stepped onto a mat before, you’re welcome here. The practice will be suitable for all levels, with different options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Radiant Soul Yoga, South Melbourne

If possible, I’d recommend arriving from around 12:45pm so you have time to find parking, settle into the space and be ready to begin together at 1pm.

WHAT TO BRING

🌿 Water
🌿 Comfortable clothing you can move in
🌿 A small towel (optional but useful)

Yoga mats and props will be available at the studio, so there’s no need to bring your own unless you’d prefer to practise with your personal mat.

This is a free, women only event and, as we are now moving into a more intimate indoor space, places are strictly limited to 20 women.

Thank you so much for being flexible with the change. After seeing the studio in person, I’m so excited to bring this experience to life in such a beautiful space.
