Awaken ~ Blossom ~ Emerge
🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
As spring awakens the natural world, we are invited to awaken something within ourselves. Through the nourishing stillness of Yin Yoga and the transformative power of Shamanic Breathwork, we'll soften what has become rigid, reconnect with our life force, and create space for new possibilities to bloom. Together, we'll emerge feeling more grounded, vibrant, and aligned with the wisdom of our hearts.
This special collaboration weaves together grounding yoga and Shamanic Breathwork™, creating space for gentle release, deep restoration, and a renewed connection to yourself.
We'll begin with a nourishing yoga practice blending gentle flow, yin, and restorative shapes to help the body soften, open, and unwind. From there, you'll be guided into a Shamanic Breathwork journey, using the breath as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Supported by carefully curated music and a safe, held environment, the breath becomes a pathway into expanded awareness—inviting insight, healing, and transformation as you gently release what no longer serves you.
Together, these practices create a harmonious balance of movement and stillness, effort and surrender, beautifully reflecting the energy of spring. As nature awakens, blooms, and emerges into new life, you are invited to do the same—to reconnect with your inner vitality, open your heart to new possibilities, and step forward feeling grounded, renewed, and fully alive.
Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, deep rest, renewed energy, or simply a meaningful pause from everyday life, this gathering offers a welcoming space to arrive exactly as you are.
Held in a warm, down-to-earth, community-centred environment, this experience is open to all levels and guided with care by two experienced facilitators who are passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for healing, connection, and self-discovery.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling awakened, blossoming, and ready to emerge.

Shamanic Breathwork™ (SBW) is a dynamic technique that uses breath, chakra-attuned music, art and energetic bodywork to enter a naturally induced altered state of consciousness and access deeper insight, healing, and inner wisdom. From this space of non-ordinary reality, your higher self (or inner shaman) will help you access your own innate wisdom and and guide you toward the experiences, insights, or healing most needed in the moment.*
*Note:
Shamanic Breathwork/Conscious Connected Breathing can bring up strong physical and emotional experiences. To better hold and support you, your journey and your transformative process, please inform Kathy if you are currently experiencing or have experienced the following conditions: cardio-vascular problems, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, or psychosomatic, mental health, other physical limitations, or emotional problems.
