The Body & The Mind:

A 60 minute zoom session revisiting and refocusing on your year’s vision and the dreams you have set forth for your life. Become aware of the blocks you’re facing and connect the personal vision you have in your mind, to a physiological frequency in your body that is most aligned with your dream life. Refocus on the areas in your life that you need to heal as well as the positive things that have come into fulfillment since making your vision board or writing down your dreams.
