Hands on homemade lasagna class. In this class we will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg. You will sheet your lasagna pasta, and assemble your white sauce, vegetarian lasagna for 2 people to take home.
Then we will sit down and enjoy a homemade white sauce, vegetarian lasagna. Meal includes salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and fresh bread. Plus a few tastings along the way. A magical experience!
