We welcome back spring and summer with a day of educational talks, live music, great food, kids activities and workshops.Our key note speaker is a fascinating talk from Chantal Lyons on the ecology of wild boar and the impacts of their return to the UK. We also have a talk from Westbury Wildlife Parks own Photographer Tim Higgs and Wildlife Conservation Expert Adam Jefferies on the importance of biodiversity and the important work that has been undertaken at the park in the last few years.
We have the amazing Steve England coming back to do a foraging and cooking demonstration. He will be taking groups around the park and imparting his expert knowledge on medicinal and culinary uses of wild plants.
We welcome little foxes who will be doing a taster session for the little ones around the fireside.The author Martin Maudsley will be back again doing what he does best and telling folk stories on foot around the park. Spinning tales of spring.
We have 3 local live music acts and amazing food from Nepali Nosh.An excellent and varied day of education and entertainment.
Come and take part and help us raise money for Westbury Wildlife park.
