We are now taking applications from 12 lucky students for our 2026 spring break STEM camp Dig It: Kansas Archaeology. We will learn about significant archaeological sites in Kansas, learn the basics of archaeology, and practice our archaeology skills. This is a two day class. This camp is for students between the ages of 6 and 16. To apply copy the form below, past it in email, fill it out, and sent it to [email protected] or apply in person at 125 South Penn.
Registration will close when class is full.

Entry Fees: $20.00 per student $10.00 per student with membership
Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance upon request.
We accept cash, checks, and money orders. You may now also pay by credit card by donating the entry amount on our website, indyscitech.org. Make non-refundable checks or money orders payable to the Independence Science and Technology Center. Return entry forms to ISTC, 125 S. Penn. Ave., Independence, KS 67301. (Hours 1:00-5:00 Mon.-Sat.) Or email entry forms to [email protected]. Space is limited to 12 students. We will close registration once the class is filled.
ISTC is not legally liable for injuries.
