Welcome to Spring! We're calling it. It's officially official. Alright, so with Spring, comes this news. It's good, but not the best. We have 160 cases of NY Strip Steaks to sell. They are here in all their glory to be unleashed this Saturday. After that, it'll be iffy. If you liked them or haven't purchased them yet, now is the time.
With regard to bacon, this time of year, costs to us increase. It increased again, but we're going to eat it and remain at $50 per 10lb Slab. You're welcome! We'll have 1200lbs available on Saturday -- tear it up!!
There will be a live video this week -- during this video, we'll talk about updates, bacon via red tickets, and I'll pick a name on the going list of this event for a 10lb slab on us! Good Luck!!!
