Join us for a dance series to connect you with mind, body and spirit - as well as your community - through moving meditations and dance! Carrie Smith will guide you in a group dance class that invites you to experience joy, fun, play, and healing while cutting a rug with like-minded dance lovers. No dance experience is required! This is a 6-week series with commitment and continuity to create community!

- Location: Kula Yoga on Wealthy Street in Grand Rapids, MI
- Cost is $100, but if you have perfect attendance, you can receive $50 back! Scholarships are also available if this doesn’t fit into your budget. We want to groove with you!
Come as you are and ready to laugh, breathe, relax, connect, and let loose. The level of intensity is totally up to you - this can be a gentle invitation to movement, or a sweaty spiritual revival.
