You arrive at The Darwin Hotel courtyard as the sun begins to set. Soft lighting hangs from the trees, the sounds of crystal singing bowls fill the space, and your body slowly settles into calm. For the next two hours, your only responsibility is to breathe, relax, and receive.

Sound Bath Pop-Ups are immersive relaxation experiences created to help regulate the nervous system through sound, stillness, and community. Hosted by The Feelings Garden Wellness, this special Spring gathering invites you to reset your body and mind in the peaceful outdoor setting of The Darwin Hotel in Atlanta.
During this experience, you’ll be guided through a relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to create gentle, resonant frequencies. These vibrations interact with the body and nervous system in powerful ways. Research has shown that sound meditation practices can help:
• Reduce tension, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
• Support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
• Improve mood and sense of wellbeing
• Encourage mindfulness and presence

Ebony Black is a holistic mental health practitioner and sound healer, and the founder of The Feelings Garden Wellness, a community-centered wellness business focused on emotional wellbeing through mindfulness, journaling, and sound healing experiences. Her work creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and experience moments of calm in the midst of everyday life. Ebony also works with individual clients, groups, and organizations through mental health therapy, holistic coaching, and corporate wellness facilitation, guiding people toward deeper emotional balance, nervous system support, and mindful living.
