Immerse yourself in a full body listening experience and feel yourself shift into a deep state of rest and renewal!
During this experience, you’ll awaken your senses through rich tones and healing vibrations. Amy will begin with a guided meditation to help you slow down and tap into the present moment followed by gentle yoga poses to open and settle the body. Once the mind is clear and the body warmed, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath, supported by props, as the tranquil tones of quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you. A sound bath is a deeply restorative and therapeutic experience designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect. Through mindfulness practices and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and singing pyramids, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body and mind can fully unwind.
