With gentle guidance from Irina, you will immerse in the transformative vibrations of sacred instruments—crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. These sounds will wash over you, dissolving stagnant energy and aligning your body, mind, and soul. As the harmonics slow your brainwaves, they activate your body’s healing energy, bringing clarity and calm.
Lying down comfortably, allow the healing vibrations to harmonise your entire being. The soothing overtones will help your trillions of cells vibrate in unison, releasing blockages and opening meridians, while activating deep healing within.

This is a lying-down sound bath. The room will be heated, and soft mattresses will be provided. To ensure your comfort, please bring anything you need to relax—such as a blanket, sleeping bag, pillow, or eye pillow.
