Event Overview

Welcome the new season with Spring & Summer Bloom, a gentle ocean gathering designed to inspire renewal, creativity, and connection with nature. This experience invites you to slow down, step away from the pace of daily life, and reconnect with your natural rhythm in a peaceful beach setting.

Together we will explore simple Ayurveda-inspired concepts and reflect on how life force energy, often called prana, supports emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Through guided reflection and grounding practices using natural elements like sand and flowers, you’ll be invited to connect with the energy of the season and set intentions for the months ahead.

During the workshop, you will create a Bloom & Build vision board using flowers, herbs, and natural materials. Flowers will symbolize the body’s chakra energy centers, while herbs and spices reflect Ayurvedic and spiritual healing traditions associated with vitality, protection, and renewal.

This creative ritual is designed to help you clarify your intentions, nurture your energy, and honor the season of growth and rebirth. You’ll leave feeling inspired, grounded, and connected—to yourself, the ocean, and the possibilities of the season ahead.

Parking
Public beach parking is available nearby. Exact location details and meeting instructions will be sent after registration.

What to Bring
Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on, water, sunscreen, and any personal photos, magazine clippings, or meaningful items you’d like to include on your vision board.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the beach. Layers are recommended, as it can become cool near the ocean.
