Spring Sip & Paint Party

Join us Saturday, April 24th from 7 – 10 p.m. to welcome in the season at our 2nd Annual Spring Sip & Paint Party with a butterfly theme. At the Pink Piano everyone will get to enter a Stress-Free Zone so let down your hair & unwind your mind to smooth jazz while sipping on a glass of red or white sweet or dry wine. You deserve it! So, get ready to laugh, paint, dance, and sing. The paint instructor has selected a Butterfly with Flowers canvas to blend vibrant colors to create beautiful artsy. We want to see just how creative you can get with making it come to life.

Cost to partake in the activity is $20 in Advance & $25 @ The Door, and it covers:

1. All paint supplies - Acrylic Paint - Matte & Gloss. Also, Oil Pastel & Watercolor Paints. Blending Markers, Coloring Pencils, Crayons, Regular Markers and Brushes.
2. One 9x12 pre-drawn panel canvas or a blank canvas so one can just freestyle an art piece.
3. Accents - Glitter, Rhinestones, Sequins, Confetti, Stickers, Mini Flowers & more. Add these to your piece to make your artwork pop.
4. Glue
5. Stencils
6. Etc.
7. Food & Beverages are not included and can be bought directly from the bar.

Do not forget to tell a friend to bring a friend and to grab a ticket while supplies last. We require guests to pre-register in advance for supply purposes only to make sure we have enough canvases for everyone who wishes to take part in the painting session.

Parking Information: Parking is FREE.

Content Authorization:

When simply walking into a venue where ADE team members are working individuals should be aware that recording of videos, video live feed on social media and/or taking pictures will be in place once gracing the venue doors especially during the time an event is going on. ADE event team & business affiliates always film – record or take pictures of the occasion when hosting events.

During an event hosted by ADE members of the event team, our business partners & affiliates, will do the following for promotional & advertising purposes only:

• Periodically LIVE Stream during the event on our personal & business social media pages for advertising and promotional purposes only.

• Pre-record activities taking place at the event then post the content - video footage, on our personal & business social media pages. Also, post this content on our business website & within business marketing/promotional ads for advertising and promotional purposes only.

• At this event our staff/team members will also take photos – pictures, of guests, our workers, vendors & vendor employees and/or their volunteers, venue staff, attending guests and others, interacting - by way of socializing or networking, dancing, and painting, etc. Then post those images on our personal & business social media pages, business website & within business marketing/promotional ads for advertising and promotional purposes only.

When purchasing an admission ticket or register to take part in a function hosted by ADE you (the “attendee”, “guest”, “onlookers”, “vendor”, “vendor volunteer”, or the like thereof) agree to the terms listed above and consent, which gives our organization, team members, business partners & affiliates’, full consent – permission, to film, record, appear in videos or pictures published on social media, and/or to having your picture taken. This gives acknowledgement of what will take place when attending an event hosted by Ambitious Diva ENT - ADE.

Important NOTICE to Attending Guests

Ambitious Diva ENT – ADE, & business affiliates, look forward to having an amazing event and to doing so attending guests we ask if you would please follow these simple instructions.

ADE, the venue – The Pink Piano, and its owners, must make sure to disinfect items used throughout the establishment before guests grace the door as a health safety measure. This is our goal. We will take all necessary precautions outlined in the CDC guidelines to prevent anything from happening, but this measure cannot guarantee anyone will not get exposed to someone who is sick/ill. We strongly encourage guests, attendees, onlookers, vendors and others to also follow CDC guidelines, local laws, and restrictions to prevent others from getting sick or contracting any viruses. This includes wearing a sufficient face covering – MASK, approved by the CDC and wash your hands thoroughly whenever visiting the restroom.

Due to COVID-19, new strains & other contagious variants in our region it is necessary to know that any interactions with the public while mingling with others within proximity pose a risk of guests being exposed to viruses and/or diseases. Ambitious Diva ENT – ADE, and its business affiliates cannot guarantee that while attending this function - Paint Party or an event we host, Attendee will not come across another who could possibly expose them to these variants whether an individual is fully vaccinated or not.

When someone is close in proximity with another – other guests, attendees, vendors, our staff and the venues staff, etc., painting, creating/crafting, standing, talking, sitting or dancing, etc. when attending this function or an event hosted by Ambitious Diva ENT – ADE, with our staff and its business affiliates in attendance he/she/her/him/them or however they identify can be exposed to contaminated airborne particles. Attendees, vendors, etc. have agreed to not hold our team & business affiliates responsible for the health and safety of this event when willingly taking part in functions hosted by ADE or for those attending this function who may or may not be sick – ill or hold countable for self-inflicted injuries and this includes - tripping or falling, chipping a nail, cutting of self on an object, etc., or injuries received by another – fighting, gun shots – shot or being stabbed by someone else or self-conflicted wounds or by one who may be experiencing mental illness, PTSD or anyone’s pain and suffering. If one should become exposed to any type of virus he/she/they/them or however they identify - “attendee - our guest”, a “vendor”, “vendor’s staff” or a “vendor’s volunteer(s)”, etc., will not hold our entity or business affiliates responsible.

If guests, attendees, onlookers, vendors and others recently become ill, have tested positive for COVID, or any form of virus – cold, flu, pneumonia or worse, we highly recommend you don’t attend this function - event, or party. Please do not purchase a paint kit or pre-register to attend and stay at home for the safety of others. We would love to see your sexy face in the place but in this case do not come until a doctor has cleared you. If for any apparent reason the day before or on the day of the scheduled event you so happen to become Sick but have purchased a paint kit in advance or pre-registered to attend this event, still do not come. We will gladly give you a refund. We must do what is in the best interest of our attendees. ADE and business affiliates would like to "Thank you" in advance for following these simple rules outlined above.

Refund Policy:

Attendees can receive a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event. If this request is less than 7 days before the scheduled event management will need to approve of this request before issuing any funds back to the attendees. Please send a written request via email to [email protected] Subject: Refund Request.

If refund is approved by management, attendee will receive a partial refund - the amount advertised, for the painting session, gift raffle and/or costume competition registration, and/or ornament creation fee to take part in the activity. No one will receive a full refund because we cannot issue back the fees applied for, accessed or charged by the ticketing platform – Eventbrite, to process the payment for using their services. Their processing fee is non-refundable. Please refer to your purchase invoice / receipt received from their - Eventbrite, platform which will show those charges - the processing / service fee amount.

If event is cancelled by venue or our staff for reasons beyond our control attendee will receive an automatic refund. ADE thank each of you for supporting our vision throughout the years.
