Spring Retreat - A Purposeful Pause
The Spring Retreat is a premium, professionally facilitated overnight experience for people who live full lives and recognise the value of slowing down - to gain clarity, perspective and renewed energy to create and live the life they want to live.
Hosted in the private island lodges of the stunning Waterford Castle, this retreat offers rare space away from constant doing, and time to reconnect with what truly matters - surrounded by woodland, river and stillness.
This is not an escape from life.
It is a purposeful pause within it.
