WHAT ARE SOUNDBATHS?

Soundbaths are like deep tissue massages for the entire body that recalibrate every cell of your body through frequency. You will feel energized and calm at the same time afterward with a heightened sense of love & wellbeing! The perfect gift to give yourself anytime!

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and blankets and layers to cover up with. Hat and eyemasks also recommended.

LOCATION:

The location is at the end of AVENUE E on the beach. Go down the ramp to the sand, and you will see us right there to the right. Parking is on the street. If you are running late, come quietly and we will check you in afterward.

We will start with some connection and then we will move into your intentions, breathwork, and beautiful visualizations accompanied by powerful healing sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and other various instruments. All you do is RELAX.
