This season is about beginning again, blooming at your own pace, and tending to what wants to grow. This sound immersion will open with a brief whispered intentions moment and a gentle guided meditation. From there, you’ll be held in a rich landscape of sound — crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramids, and other healing instruments that harmonize with the energy of spring. We’ll close with softer tones and intentional breaths to bring you back into the present moment, grounded and renewed.

Come exactly as you are, open to receiving the magic and momentum that spring generously offers and the soothing sounds. I hope to see you there!

• Doors will close at 6:00 pm. Please arrive on time.
• Mats will be provided. Please bring your own pillows and blankets for comfort.
• Please try not to eat 1 hour before the sound bath.
• Be mindful that everyone's experience will be different.
• There are no refunds. However, you can use your ticket for any future sound baths or events.
