Join us for this divine day to feed your soul in serene nature. If you’ve been looking for a day to nourish your spirit and body and to connect deeply with others in community this retreat is for you!

This day is dedicated to planting intentional seeds for your life this new season and to releasing&clearing winter’s energy from the body and spirit in order to step in this to new season feeling connected, aligned, intentional and grounded!

This day will include intention setting, a reflection circle, writing and meditation exercises, gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, a worship on the mind body connection, a nourishing vegan lunch, and optional cold plunge therapy and jacuzzi time.
