You are invited to a Spring Renewal Day Retreat. The day will include sessions to rejuvenate and revive your soul after wintertime. Get ready for a day filled with meditation, breathwork, intuitive development, and connection. Reconnect with yourself and other like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment.Breathwork and meditation - Learn about the benefits of breathwork and be guided through a practice session.
Crystal/Intuitive development class - An exploration of crystals to enhance personal practice and discover various methods to enhance our intuitive psychic skills.
Self Love basics class - Learn the basics to create a better connection with yourself on a deeper level through the practice of self love.
Shamanic Healing Session - The day will conclude with a shamanic group healing session. Participants can experience a profound transformation, ultimately leading to a profound shift in reality.

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes ahead of time to get settled in, as our event will begin promptly at 11:00 am

About the Hosts:
Julie Rose is the owner of Garden Forever Tarot and has over 23 years experience giving quality professional psychic tarot card readings. She is a clairvoyant, psychic medium, intuitive empath & natural healer. She is a certified holistic practitioner, certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki master - teacher. She is also a trained Shamanic practitioner in Peruvian shamanism. She also offers workshops, classes and monthly circles for the community.
