Pop Warner Registration ChecklistTo register, all items must be brought with you. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed.
What to Bring:
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
• For age verification.
2. Wallet-Sized Photo
• A recent photo of the participant.
3. 3rd Quarter Report Card
• Required for academic eligibility.
4. Date of Last Tetanus Shot
• Ensure this is up-to-date and documented.
5. Registration Fee
• Payment required at the time of registration (check with us for accepted payment methods).
Important Notes:
• Team Caps for Spring: Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until we have enough players to field a second team.
• Be prepared to complete all necessary forms and waivers during registration.
