EAS invented, patented, and prototyped the next generation low-tech airway management device. We are soon to design freeze, look to submit 510K application next year for our class 2 device. SoPE leaders and members are well versed and experienced in early MedTech device development challenges, and by presenting, we may become more aware of obstacles ahead. And to network, meet and greet!

DAMSR is focused on solving the ambulatory care puzzle. Getting the right patient to the right provider for the right appointment length. The goal is to increase revenue (number of visits), improve patient access while reducing staff and provider burnout. Our core belief is data is the key to solving this. At a tactical level we have developed a solution to capture the movement and interactions between patients and staff using sensors. This data helps us identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve throughput in the clinic. At a strategic level we are building a ambulatory care operations dashboard that uses a predictive model for revenue, no shows and schedule fill rates at a provider, practice, service line level to identify early intervention opportunities. I would like to get input for the latter (ambulatory care dashboard product) from the group and hoping we get challenged on some of our assumptions.
