About this Event
Please take a moment to read the details below:
The land is our first teacher.
Join the Odeiwin Foundation for a Spring Medicine Walk; a guided, land-based learning experience rooted in Indigenous teachings and seasonal connection.
This gathering centers the teachings of seeds and new beginnings. As the earth awakens, we are invited to reflect on what we are planting — within ourselves, our communities, and our relationships with the land.
Together, we will explore:
🌱 Seed teachings — both literal and metaphorical
🌿 Early spring medicines emerging from the earth
🌕 Renewal and intention-setting
🪶 Cultural teachings grounded in reciprocity and respect
This is not a recreational hike. It is a guided, teaching-based experience grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems, relational accountability, and respect for the land.
All four directions are welcome.
Families are welcome.
Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members are invited to learn in a good way.
Space is limited to support a respectful and grounded learning environment.
