Nature Church gatherings include a 1-mile silent hike in a local park; 25 minutes of silent, outdoor meditation; sharing of insights; Communion; re-earthing (a ritual involving clay); and discussion on the return hike. • Seating pads & small, portable camping stools are provided
• Wear clothes appropriate for the weather
• Bring your own water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray
Attendees meet at 8:00 a.m. in the Centenary UMC parking lot and shares rides to/from the destination for the day.
