About this Event
Families and girls pre-K through 5th grade are invited to drop in for a fun, hands‑on event to learn what Girl Scouts is all about. Take a relaxed tour of our Leadership Center, try out interactive activities, and see how Girl Scouts helps girls build confidence, make friends, and discover new interests—from creativity and STEM to the outdoors and helping their community.
You’ll meet our welcoming staff, learn how Girl Scouts works, and have plenty of time to ask questions. No experience needed—just curiosity and a sense of adventure! This is a great first step for families who want to see if Girl Scouts is the right fit for their girl.
Activities will include:
- Grab your name tag and “Spring into Girl Scouts” adventure map to begin the fun.
- Learn classic Girl Scout traditions and make a spring‑themed craft.
- Explore how springs work and build your own mini “spring bot.”
- Meet program staff and discover upcoming camps and events.
- Get to know Juliette Gordon Low and explore Girl Scout history.
- Enjoy camp songs, learn about day camp and pick up a s’mores‑to‑go treat.
