Together, they form a seasonal initiation through the body, the earth, and the creative spirit.

🌱 MARCH — The Thaw: Awakening Body, Breath & Creative Fire
Theme: Emergence • Rooting • Safety • Reconnection • Voice
As winter loosens its grip and sap begins to rise, we gather to thaw the frozen places within.
This 3-hour ceremonial circle is a return to the body as sanctuary and creativity as prayer.
Through earth-grounded somatic practices, intuitive painting, breathwork, and ritual, we will soften the nervous system, awaken sensation, and gently re-enter the living pulse of our bodies.
We will listen to the wisdom of the bones.
We will follow the breath back into the belly.
We will let color speak what words cannot.
This is not an art class.
It is a remembering of your animal body, your rhythmic breath, your creative fire.
Come as you are.
Rest. Breathe. Paint.

🌊 APRIL — The Waters: Shadow, Grief & Emotional Alchemy
Theme: Release • Flow • Shadow • Emotional digestion • Renewal
April opens the floodgates.
This circle invites you into the sacred waters of feeling — where grief softens, rage liberates, longing awakens, and tenderness becomes medicine.
Through somatic release, intuitive movement, expressive painting, and water-based ritual, we will create a ceremonial space for emotional alchemy.
Here, nothing is too much.
Nothing is wrong.
Nothing needs to be fixed.
Tears become prayer.
Anger becomes clarity.
Art becomes liberation.
This is a space to lay down the armor, let the waters move, and allow the body to remember how to flow again.

Theme: Embodiment • Identity • Voice • Desire • Self-Trust
May arrives like a spark.
This is a rite of becoming — a ceremonial return to your voice, your power, and your untamed knowing.
Through embodied movement, expressive painting, sound, and fire ritual, we will explore what it means to inhabit your body fully, speak your truth without apology, and claim the woman rising within you.
We will paint the wild self.
Name the becoming.
Crown the emerging identity.
This is not transformation.
This is initiation.

About Your Facilitator:
Tina's soul work lives at the crossroads of somatics, ritual, earth wisdom, and intentional creativity. She creates ceremonial spaces for women to soften their nervous systems, awaken their bodies, express their emotional landscapes, and remember their innate power. Through movement, breath, expressive painting, and sacred ritual, she guides women through cycles of release, integration, and rebirth — restoring trust in the body as oracle, creativity as prayer, and presence as the doorway home. Her spaces are not workshops, but initiations — thresholds of remembering, reclamation, and becoming.
