Join us for a 6-week challenge to form new habits, gain strength, lose weight & inches, and build confidence! Dates: Sunday, February 1st at 3 pm in the Groupex room (weigh-in, measurements and pretest exercises)
Sunday, March 15th at 3 pm for weigh-in, measurements, and posttest exercises)
Cost: $20 members
$75 non-members
What’s included: All Groupex classes and our Empower & Evolve Support discussion held on 2 Sundays each month.
