Ready to spin, laugh, and learn something new? Join us for a 2-hour Hula Hoop Workshop where movement meets play. This experience is open to anyone eager to build hoop skills—no experience needed—and includes your very own hoop to take home. Designed for kids ages 7+ (with at least one parent present), this workshop blends fun with learning new skills that support brain function, improves hand-eye coordination, and can even help you tap into a meditative flow state! The workshop will include 2-3 breaks during the workshop to keep energy high and minds engaged. We’ll explore 6–8 different hoop tricks while building coordination, core strength, muscle tone, and self confidence.This is a space where mistakes aren’t just welcome—they’re encouraged! Every drop, wobble, and retry is part of the learning process.. Expect laughter, movement, and a chance to reconnect with your inner child while learning a skill you can keep growing long after the workshop ends.
Suggested Donation:
$70 per person
Or $100 for the whole family.
** includes one hula hoop per donation**
Additional hoops will be available to borrow during the workshop if needed.
