The event begins with connection to mind and body in a 30-minute guided sauna + pool meditation session focused on mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle mobility.

Then we'll move to the all-season patio in Tonic House for a self-guided rejuvenating facial experience using Comfort Zone products and wellness free flow, including complimentary ear seeding.

Two sessions available:

• Session 1 - 6 PM to 7:30 PM
• Session 2 - 7:30 PM - 9 PM

How to prepare:

• Arrive well-hydrated; bring a water bottle if desired
• Bring your bathing suit
• Check-in begins 15 minutes before your selected session time, and event begins promptly. Please arrive early to ensure you have plenty of time to store your belongings, change into your bathing suit, and get comfortable!
