Join us as we explore the sights, sounds, and beauty of early spring at our once monthly seasonal forest bathing class, hosted this May at Ken-O-Sha Park! 🌱
This relaxing 1.25-hour experience is led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide Katie Venechuk and focuses on stepping away from the hustle of day-to-day life for time to recharge in the peace of nature.
During this class, you'll be led in:
☀️ A grounding guided nature meditation
☀️ A short breathwork practice in the fresh forest air
☀️ A spring-themed forest bathing invitation to help you relax, keep connected to nature, and find alignment with the changing seasons
☀️ A closing community circle among the trees with time to visit and make new friends, along with the chance to draw a small henna tree tattoo on your finger to offer a reminder of your forest time over the coming days
We are also excited to continue offering a take-home forest therapy scroll, which contains a prompt or inspiration to help you nurture your personal forest bathing practice in-between our monthly classes.
