Join us for a spring forage in the picturesque village of Shorwell for a three-hour foraging session. In less than a mile of walking you will discover more than 15 plants and learn their uses in an engaging, hands-on workshop with no more than 9 other participants. This small group format will make sure that you have plenty of personal time with your expert (Registered member of the Association of Foragers) guide.
You will enjoy samples en route and take home information sheets and recipes so that you can continue your learning at home.
