Celebrate the arrival of spring with flowers and friends! Join us for an afternoon of creativity, beauty, and connection at our Spring Floral Fête!
The afternoon will begin with a vibrant reception where guests will mingle while viewing a stunning display of curated spring table settings and floral designs in the East Room & Dining Room. A lovely signature spring cocktail will be served. Following the reception, a festive boxed lunch filled with petite sandwiches, grain salad and a delightful selection of sweets will be served in the McKitterick Room. During lunch, the talented Liz King, owner of The Linen Shop in New Canaan and Kings' Carriage House in New York City, will present and discuss her sampling of spring floral arrangements and table setting ideas and share many entertaining and decorating tips.
After lunch, Liz will lead a hands-on floral demonstration where guests will follow along to create their own spring arrangement. All flowers and supplies will be provided. Arrangements will emphasize spring flowers readily available from local sources.
