With parking available, great energy, and a smooth flow to the night, this event is all about helping people connect in real life.

Event Flow / Time Breakdown

8:00 PM – 8:45 PM | Check-In + Welcome Vibes

Guests arrive, check in, get settled, grab a drink, and ease into the atmosphere. This is the time to mingle lightly, take photos, and get comfortable before the structured dating begins.

8:45 PM – 9:00 PM | Rules + Event Introduction

We welcome everyone, explain how the speed dating rounds work, go over match cards, and set the tone for a fun, respectful, and intentional experience.

9:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Round 1 Speed Dating

The first set of rotations begins. Guests will have a series of quick one-on-one conversations, giving everyone a chance to meet multiple people in a short amount of time.

10:30 PM – 10:45 PM | Intermission / Reset

Quick break to refresh, grab another drink, use the restroom, and let the first round settle in.

10:45 PM – 11:45 PM | Round 2 Speed Dating / Final Rotations

The second half of the dating rounds continues, allowing more connections to be made and final impressions to happen.

11:45 PM – 12:15 AM | Match Card Turn-In + Open Mingling

Guests turn in their selections while the room opens up for more natural conversation. This is where people can reconnect with someone they liked and enjoy a less structured vibe.

12:15 AM – 1:00 AM | After-Mingle / Social Hour

The formal portion is done, but the night keeps going with music, conversation, and continued mingling. This gives everyone one last chance to build chemistry before the night ends.
