We’ll shake up a sparkling Peach Paloma spritzer with juicy peach, bright lime, and crisp grapefruit bubbles; an elegant Strawberry Rose Martini bursting with fresh-berry sweetness and floral essence; and a bold yet balanced Passionfruit Paper Plane layered with bourbon, Aperol, amaro, and tropical passionfruit.

You’ll learn the secrets to perfect shaking, flavor balance, and building cocktails that look as fabulous as they taste — all in a lively, elevated atmosphere designed for sipping, laughing, and celebrating in style

Once you’ve mastered the magic, it’s time for the main event: our Mixxed Challenge! Think Chopped, but make it sparkly. You’ll get mystery ingredients, a ticking clock, and the chance to flex your creativity as you craft a one-of-a-kind cocktail. At the end, one guest will snag the title of Top Mixologist of the Night — and yes, that comes with bragging rights.
