Spring Fitness Reboot 2024

Each week will involve a different workout to keep things new and interesting, a total body reset. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or body weight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels and all ages (those 16 and under will need to have a parent signed waiver). Small class sizes allow our instructor to personalize and adapt exercises to work around existing injuries and skill levels.

Dates:

Saturdays April 6th to June 8th, 2024 9:00-10:00am

10 week session

$115 for 10 week session

$100 for any add-on classes per week during the 10 week session

If you are booking any number of add-on classes, please email [email protected] with what your add-on class choices are. You can combine any number of classes from Fitness Reboot, Yoga, Karate and Prenatal Fitness.

Drop in rate- $15/class

Please Bring running shoes and a water bottle to class and any weights or bands you may want to use in class
