Join Holly and Azure to celebrate the magic of balance during the spring equinox with a deeply nurturing sound bath and gentle movement to honor the season of rebirth and renewal.•
The class will begin with 15 minutes of intention setting, as we reflect on the hibernation season and look forward to this new season of growth. Journaling prompts will be provided to help clarify your intentions.

With intentions set, you will be guided through a gentle balancing 20-minute flow to bring the body and mind into equilibrium and prepare to rest.

Transition into a 45-minute balance and align sound bath, where rest and stillness combine with soothing vibrations of crystal bowls. This harmonious experience will help you ground, realign your energy, and find inner peace during this sacred time of rest and reflection.
