Come celebrate the Spring Equinox with Emily Darling and Angela Minard.
Let’s embrace this new season of vitality, expansion, and growth with a yoga practice designed to balance our yin and yang energies with dynamic movement as well as a soothing yin practice.
This workshop will include time to cultivate personal affirmations and journaling to reflect on values, goals, and dreams while fostering a sense of calm, renewal, and well-being for this season of re-birth and new beginnings!
