On March 22, 2025 from 11-1 PM prepare to immerse yourself in an afternoon of self-care and renewal as we welcome the arrival of spring. The event will begin with a guided circle and intention setting, followed by a yoga flow, a healing sound bath, a somatic healing meditation, and more.
