Your body-mind systems yawn. Reaching for the warmth and sunlight of Spring. Winter's deep introspections providing a new perspective for growth. Where do you plant the newly budding seeds and seedlings? What will provide the most nurturing care for growth? Who will you (seeds/seedlings) grow into and become?

Allow your delicate body-mind systems to balance and harmonize into Spring's renewal and rebirth. Accompanied by the tones of harmonium, tānpūrā and Romi's voice assisting in restorative practices of fully supported yoga āsana combined with gentle movement, breath awareness, Yoga Nidra and journaling.

This event is suitable for both the beginning and experienced practitioner.
Comfortable clothing for warmth and ease is recommended. We have limited number of yoga props, so please bring your own (mat, blanket, bolster, blocks, eye pillow) if you can.
